The Texas Beef BBQ Festival, organized by the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF), turned out to be a memorable event. It was held at Wood Hills Resort in Mayrouba - Lebanon, where the grills and wood were fired up by BBQ Bros team. A welcoming speech by the Federation’s representative Lina Kanaan, appreciated the attendance of high-level group from the US Embassy and commended the persistence of local importers on bringing the finest U.S. beef products to Lebanon. Other than meeting and networking, our trading partners, associates, and friends enjoyed a generous menu of U.S. short ribs, short loins, rib eyes, tenderloins and striploins cooked the Texan style
