A U.S. Beef Young Chefs challenge was organized by the U.S. Meat Export Federation in collaboration with the Jordanian Chefs Association (JCA).
6 Chefs from different culinary universities made it to the Steak Cookout finals at Al Ahliyya Amman University.
The competition was concluded with an award ceremony and dinner in the presence of The Minister of Toursim & Antiquities, Mr. Makram Al Qaisi with a group of Jordanian VIPs.
