Tomato Soup with U.S. Beef Tenderloin.

Ingredients:

·      300g. U.S. Beef Tenderloin

·       tomatoes

·      1 onion

·      1 garlic clove

·      1 potato

·      ¼ cup celery

·      ¼ cup olive oil

·      Beef broth

·      Pinch of salt

·      Lemon juice for garnish

·      1 cup mozzarella cheese

·      3 toasts 

Preparation:

Cut the U.S. beef tenderloin into squares. Thread them onto wooden skewers and grill until the meat is cooked.

In a large pot, heat olive oil. Sauté onion and tomato then add garlic, celery, and potato until cooked. Add the beef broth and bring to a boil.

use an immersion blender right in the pot to blend the soup until smooth. Add salt and lemon juice. Serve soup and garnish with mozzarella cheese, beef skewers, and toast.
