Steamed Rice with U.S. Beef Striploin

Ingredients:

·      1kg U.S. Beef Striploin

·      3 cups basmati rice

·      1 onion

·      2 garlic cloves

·      1 tsp. ginger

·      3 cardamom seeds

·      2 dried limes

·      4 cloves

·      1 cinnamon sticks

·      drops of saffron

·      7 cups of chicken stock

·      4 tbsps. vegetable oil

·      1 carrot

·      pinch of salt

·      1 tsp. chicken spices

·      ½ cup fried raisins

Preparation:

In a saucepan with olive oil, sauté onions, grated carrots, garlic, ginger, cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaf, and dried limes. Add the rice and immerse in meat broth until cooked.

Cut the U.S. Beef Striploin into squares and sauté in olive oil. Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, bay leaves, dried lime, and cardamom seeds. Add water and bring to a boil.

Pour the rice on a plate and put the meat on top of it and garnish with fried Raisins.
