Ingredients:
· 500g. U.S. beef striploin
· 5 wooden skewers
· 1 mango
· 1 cup baby rocket leaves
Preparation:
Cut U.S. beef striploin into cubes. Thread them on the skewers with the mango cubes. Grill on the grill till cooked. Put rocket leaves in the serving plater and serve the beef skewers on top.
